This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to issue direction to the respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.333 of 2013 in light of newly developed facts and file a final report.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police have already filed a closure report as "Mistake of Fact" on 17.05.2013.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this criminal original petition and the same is closed.
