According to the revision petitioner, the revision petitioner has filed a petition in RCOP.No.1383 of 2016 against the respondent, which is still pending. According to the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, the above RCOP has been taken up for trial, evidence of the revision petitioner is concluded and posted for respondent side evidence. At the instance of the respondent, the above RCOP is

adjourned from time to time. Hence, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court for a direction to the court below to dispose of the said RCOP within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. By considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, taking into consideration, the petitioner being a senior citizen, without going into merits of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the XIIIth Small Causes Court, Chennai to dispose of the above RCOP.No.1383 of 2016 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

3. Thus, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
