Learned counsel for the petitioner, fairly agreeing to the submission made by Mr.N.G.R.Prasad, learned counsel for the fifth respondent that the prayer in the writ petition has already been seized of by the Hon'ble Division Bench of the Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court, sought permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Hon'ble Division Bench. Accordingly, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Hon'ble Division Bench, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, W.M.P.No.1740 of 2019 is also dismissed. No costs.
