This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.No.582 of 2021 on 06.12.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 8(b) in Crl.A.No.582 of 2021 on 06.12.2021 imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and that the petitioner shall henceforth appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. All other conditions remain unaltered.
