This Application has been filed seeking to accord approval to the reports submitted by the applicants relating to the child Emmarose Annamma in accordance with the order made in O.P.No.247 of 2011 on 11.10.2012.

2.This Court, by order dated 11.10.2012 in O.P.No.247 of 2011, has appointed the applicants herein as Guardian to the child Emmarose Annamma and directed the applicants to file periodical reports.

Pursuant to the same, the applicants have filed the reports.

3.Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and the averments made in the affidavit, I am of the opinion that the present application could be allowed.

4.Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for. The reports filed by the applicants are recorded.
