This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that they shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.17610 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No. 22256 of 2022 dated 22.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
