J U D G M E N T

When the matter came up today for hearing, the learned counsel for the plaintiff filing a memo dated 10.08.2023 submitted that since the suit property has been sold as per the wishes of the late Testator, nothing survives in the present suit for further adjudication and the same has become infructuous. Hence, the Testamentary Original Suit may be dismissed as infructuous.

2.Recording the memo dated 10.08.2023 and submissions made by the learned counsel for the plaintiff, the Testamentary Original Suit is dismissed as infructuos. No costs.
