This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent police herein viz., the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Mylapore Division, Mylapore, Chennai-4 to initiate proceedings on the petitioner's representation dated 21.02.2015 before passing any orders for police protection to one Mr.Pratapchand Baid for constructing compound wall in the disputed property.
