This petition has been filed to modify the condition as to direct the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) as non refundable deposit to the credit of Crime No.62 of 2022, which is imposed in Crl.O.P.No.28979 of 2022 dated 21.12.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to financial difficulties, he was unable to comply the condition imposed on the petitioner and thereby, she seeks modification of the above condition. 3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of Crime No.62 of 2022 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The other conditions shall remain intact.
