O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent police to give direction against the 2nd respondent police not to harass the petitioners without conducting proper enquiry or complaint received against the petitioners.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that based on the complaint lodged by one Anandaraj, the respondent police are frequently calling the petitioners and harassing them. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that since the complaint is pending, the petitioners are called for enquiry and absolutely, there is no intention to harass the petitioners.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is constrained to pass the following order:- (i) The petitioners are directed to co-operate with the enquiry.

(ii) The respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry in accordance with law, without harassing the petitioners.

5. The criminal original petitions are disposed of accordingly.
