Second Appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.8 of 2008, dated 31.08.2010, on the file of the Principal District Court, Chengalpet, confirming the judgment and decree passed in O.S. No.17 of 2005, dated 28.12.2006, on the file of the Sub Court, Madurantakam.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the sole appellant died on 12.06.2021.

3.So far no steps have been taken and the legal representatives of the appellant are not impleaded. Hence, this Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, are also closed.
