(CRIME NO.577/2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Extend the time Granted in Crl.MP.2660/2022 in Crl.OP.15121/2021 dated 03.03.2022 to execute the surety by 4 Weeks and to pass such other orders.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S T.P.SAVITHA, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 24.08.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.15121 of 2022 to execute sureties.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Already this Court had granted anticipatory bail on 24.08.2021 on the following conditions:
(a) "the petitioner shall make a non-refundable deposit of R.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) to the credit of the Commissioner, Chennai Corporation, for construction of toilet and for installation of napkin vending machine in the Government Girls Higher Secondary Schools under the Corporation".

4. However, on three occassions, the petitioner has failed to comply the conditional order and now he seeks extension of time for the fourth time.
5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 29.06.2022, finally and on condition to make a non-refundable deposit of Rs.2,50,000/- to the credit of the Commissioner, Chennai Corporation, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled without any reference to this Court. -sd/- 22/06/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
