The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 13.07.2021 in W.P.No.4851 of 2021, has filed the present contempt petition.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that in compliance of the order passed by this Court, Director of Elementary School Education, Chennai has passed a proceedings in Na.Ka.No.014582/F1/2019 dated 03.03.2022 and a copy of the said proceedings has been produced before this Court, which is taken on file and recorded.
