(Delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI,J.,) The instant intra Court appeal is preferred against the order dated 07.07.2015 wherein and whereunder, it was directed to list the writ petition along with other pending Second Appeal being S.A.No. 1200 of 2013.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant/writ petitioner submits that the subject matter involved in the writ petition and the second appeal are entirely different. They have got nothing to do with each other.

3. In that view of the matter, the appellant/writ petitioner is granted liberty to make appropriate application before the learned single Judge for de-linking the matter, if so advised.
