Vs C.MURUGARAJ [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order of interim stay of operation of order dated 30th July 2018 passed by the Appellate Authority appointed under the Tamil Nadu Shops and Establishment Act 1947 and Deputy Commissioner of Labour (Minimum Wages), Chennai 6 in TNSE II/3/2014 pending WP.NO.1623 of 2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.JAYAPRAKASH, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- It is represented by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that the conditional order dated 24.01.2019, passed by this Court has been complied with.
