Petition filed under Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925, seeking Succession Certificate with respect to the shares as stated in the schedule to the petition, which were held by Abdullah @ Abdullah Chacko, who died on 29.04.1999.

2. The mother of the petitioners died on 29.11.2009. The 1st petitioner is the son of the deceased Abdullah Chacko and the 2nd, 3rd and 4th petitioners are his daughters.

3.Publication was effected.

4. Petitioners were directed to tender evidence. The 1st petitioner examined himself as PW-1. The original death certificate of Abdullah Chacko/his father which was marked as Ex.P2. The Legal Heirship Certificate was marked as Ex.P3. The death certificate of his mother was marked as Ex.P4. The consent affidavits of 2nd, 3rd and 4th petitioners were marked as Exs.P5 to P.7. The documents related to the securities were marked as Ex.P9.
