ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to withdraw the case in S.T.C.No.231 of 2010 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruvannamalai and transfer the same to try along with F.C.O.P.No.446 of 2011 on the file of the Family Court, Salem.
When the matter is called for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the case in S.T.C.No.231 of 2010 has been disposed of by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruvannamalai and hence nothing survives in this petition.

In view of the above submissions, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
