Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent bank to claim the Interest Subsidy to the tune of Rs.7,26,318.38/- for the educational loan taken vide Loan A/c. No.31835895809 under the CSIS Scheme and extend the benefit to the petitioner herein and consequently furnish the repayment chart to the petitioner.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled out of Court between the parties. He has produced a copy of the letter issued by the petitioner in this regard. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.
