ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition 5(b) imposed by this Court upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.31547 of 2024 dated 08.01.2025.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition 5(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31547 of 2024 dated 08.01.2025 is modified to the effect that "the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 am., until further orders."

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
