ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relax the 1/4

condition imposed in Crl. O.P. No.24869 of 2024 dated 04.11.2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted bail by this Court vide order passed in Crl. O.P. No.24869 of 2024 dated 04.11.2024 on condition. The condition was complied by the petitioner without fail and hence prayed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the petitioner has complied the condition without fail.

4. Considering the rival submissions made on either side, nature of offences, investigation was almost completed and the petitioner has also complied the condition without any violation, this Court is inclined to relax the condition in "toto".

5. Accordingly, the condition is relaxed in toto. 2/4
