The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking to direct the respondents to give permission to conduct the cultural programme on 27.01.2019 in the event of Sri Muthukumarasamy Koil, East Minnmapalayam, Minnampalayam Post, Erode District on the petitioner's representation dated 18.01.2019.

2.Today, when this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader who takes notice on behalf of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 18.01.2019 has been considered by the respondents and the relief sought for has been rejected. He has also produced the proceedings of the Sub Inspector of Police, dated 21.01.2019 to that effect.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition and therefore this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
