Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order of the respondent-1 in his proceedings No.B1/6259/2003 dated 14.11.2003 and quash the promotion of the third respondent as P.G.Assistant Tamil and direct the respondents to promote the petitioner as P.G.Assistant Tamil with effect from 14.11.2003 with all the attendant benefits including seniority, backwages etc.

ORDER

There is no representation on the side of the petitioner. Even on the earlier occasions, i.e., on 13.10.2020, 29.10.2020 and 24.11.2020, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner.
