PRAYER: Criminal Revision Petition filed under Section 397 read with 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to allow this revision by passing "Residence order" to the appellant/petitioner and set-aside the order dated 05.03.2018 in C.A.No.109 of 2016 on the file of III Additional Sessions Judge at Salem in modify the judgment dated 07.10.2016 in DVOP No.32 of 2013 on the file of Additional Mahila Court Judicial Magistrate, Salem District and allow the revision.
