O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that, to issue a writ of mandamus to the respondents to award three marks to him in the light of the decision of this Court in W.P.(MD). Nos.15953, 16068, 16163 and 16164 of 2017 and W.M.P.(MD) Nos.12603, 12749 to 12751, 12834 to 12839 of 2017, dated 20.09.2017.

When the matter is taken up today, on instructions, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the petitioner is entitled to the relief sought for, in this Writ Petition. In view of such concession given, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to award three marks, to which, the petitioner is entitled to, and if the petitioner, after award of such marks, found qualified for certificate verification, give him a call for certificate verification. The decision in this regard must be taken within two weeks of the receipt of the copy of this order. With the afore said order, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
