JUDGMENT

This Second Appeal is filed against the decree and Judgment dated 31.03.2010 passed in A.S.No.9 of 2009 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Cuddalore, upholding the decree and Judgment dated 24.04.2008 passed in O.S.No.115 of 2006 on the file of the Principal Sub Judge, Cuddalore.

2. With the consent of both the parties the matter was referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre (TNMCC) attached to High Court, Madras, for arriving at an amicable settlement between the parties. Accordingly settlement was arrived at between the parties and a Mediation Report of TNMCC along with a settlement Agreement dated 24.06.2022 entered into between the parties, duly singed by both the appellants and the respondents and their counsels, is filed and the same is recorded.

3. The Second Appeal in S.A. No.1473 of 2010 is disposed of in accordance with the settlement agreement arrived at between the parties in Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to High Court, Madras. The Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree in S.A.No.1473 of 2010. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
