O R D E R

Earlier, this Court by an order dated 30.06.2021 in W.P.No.13495 of 2021 directed the 1st respondent to conclude the enquiry and to pass final 1/3

orders on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner as well as other interested parties, if any, within a period of twelve weeks. Alleging that the order has not been complied within a stipulated period, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents submitted that, in pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the 1st respondent Revenue Divisional Officer had passed the order dated 11.03.2022 and also produced the copy of the order. Hence, this Contempt Petition may be closed.

3. In view of the fact that the order passed by this Court is duly complied with, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
