This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience in complying the order of this Court made in W.P.No.27405 of 2013 dated 24.07.2020 under the relevant Provisions of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for both sides submitted that the order of this Court, which is the subject matter of contempt has been complied, vide G.O.(2D) No.44, Environment, Climate Change and Forests (F.2(II) Department, dated 06.04.2022.
