When the matter was taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this suit and to that effect, he has also filed a withdrawal memo dated 11.08.2023.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission and recording the withdrawal memo, this Testamentary Original Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
