Respondents/Respondents in W.P.Nos.13642/2007 PRAYER in W.P.No.13640/ 2007: Originally this petition has been filed as Original Application No.2021 of 2003 before the TamilNadu Administrative Tribunal at Chennai and after abolition of TNAT, petition has been transferred and numbered as W.P.No.13640 of 2007.

Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.623/A4/03 dated 09.06.2003 and quash the same and direct the respondents to promote the applicant as Primary School Head Master with effect from 11.03.2003 by restoring the applicant's name in the Panel of Secondary Grade Teachers eligible for promotion as Primary School Headmaster as on 1.1.2003 issued by the second respondent on 10.06.2003 as per the inclusion of the applicant's name in the panel issued by the second respondent on 11.03.2003 and grant all consequential benefits to the applicant.

Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.255/A2/03 dated 19.05.2003 and quash the same and direct the second respondent to fix the seniority of the applicant with reference to the rank assigned by the Teacher Recruitment Board and grant all consequential benefits.
