ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition was filed to call for the records on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Coimbatore and quash the proceedings in D.V.A. No.14 of 2016 as against the petitioners herein. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondent wife filed D.V.A. No.14 of 2016 under Section 12 of the Protection of Woman from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Coimbatore against her husband and the petitioners herein and she had withdrawn the above case on 24.07.2019. .

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous since nothing further survives for adjudication. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 14.10.2022 vga To Page No.2 of 4
