The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondent authority to give permission to conduct Cultural programme (Adal Padal) at Seethapalayam Sri Mariamman Temple Festival at Erode District on 27.01.2019 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.01.2019.

2. When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent has submitted that permission has been granted to the petitioner to conduct cultural programme as prayed for by the petitioner, based on certain conditions. He has also produced the proceedings of the respondent dated 19.01.2019, to that effect.

3. Recording the said proceedings dated 19.01.2019, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
