The learned counsel on both sides would submit that the matter has been settled at District Mediation Centre, Tiruppur vide Mediation Agreement dated 02.07.2024. They would also submit that the instant Second Appeal may be disposed of in terms of the Mediation Agreement.

2. In view of the above submissions, the instant Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of Mediation Agreement dated 02.07.2024. There shall be no order as to costs. The Mediation Agreement dated 02.07.2024 shall form part of this judgment.
