ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement so made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate Authority to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. There shall be no orders as to costs.
