This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23821 of 2022 on 12.10.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks, thereafter report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the 1st petitioner is modified to the effect that the 1st petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and other petitioners 2, 3 and 4 are directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
