The prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is to direct the respondent to dispose of the appeal presented 14.04.2010 within a time frame.

2. The case of the petitioner is that originally the Patta in Survey No.51/1B, 51/3B, 56/2 of Peddakulu Village, Kelavarapalli Tariff, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, stood in the name of his father. Subsequently, it was unilaterally changed in the name of one Gauramma and Venkatesh. Aggrieved by the transfer of patta in favour of third party, the petitioner filed an appeal on 14.04.2010. However, the said appeal was not disposed of by the respondent till date. Therefore, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought in the Writ Petition, this Court hereby directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 14.04.2010, if available on its file, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording opportunity to the aggrieved persons.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of on the above terms. No costs.
