ORDER
When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, this writ petition may be closed, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned with a fresh representation for appropriate relief.
2.Granting such liberty, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
