C.M.P. Nos. 1383 & 1375 of 2020 in C.M.A. SR. Nos. 40312 & 40313 of 2018 V.M.VELUMANI, J.

These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 178 days in paying deficit court fees of Rs.9930/- & Rs.10,530/- respectively in the above appeals.

2.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 178 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the 'High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai', within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, these petitions shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
