J U D G M E N T

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Second Appeal is pending for the past ten years. The matter was listed for final disposal on 04.08.2020, 27.08.2020, 25.09.2020, 14.10.2020 and 02.11.2020, but the learned counsel for the appellant took adjournments repeatedly and not ready.

2. Today, when the matter is listed, once again the learned counsel for the appellant sought adjournment. This Court is unable to accommodate the request since in spite of granting five adjournments, he is not ready to get along with the appeal.

3. In view of the above, this Second Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
