The records have been received from the Additional Master-II, with the following endorsement dated 18.12.2025:

"No representation at 1st calling. Plaintiff counsel present and represented that PW2 is absent today and requested to post the case before Court for schedule the case. As per the request of plaintiff counsel, Post before Court." 2.Since the plaintiff's counsel himself did not pray for time for production of P.W.2 and requested the Master to post the case before this Court, it can only be understood that P.W.2 is not available for cross-examination. In such case, P.W.2's chief needs to be scrapped as he did not present himself for cross-examination.

3.Let the records be sent back to the Additional Master - II for recording further evidence on 12.02.2026. The parties shall be present on the said date before the learned Master.
