This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in M.P.No.142 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.32107 of 2022 on 06.01.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., on 1st and 3rd Saturday at 8.00 a.m., until further orders.
