3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay is condoned.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to number and list the above Second Appeal on 10.02.2026, if it is otherwise in order. The Registry is also directed to put up other connected CMPs.
