This petition has been filed to call for the records in FIR.No.604/2016 on 04.07.2016 on the file of Inspector of Police, H2-Guduvancherry Police and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed and taken on file in C.C.No.245 of 2016, which is now pending before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu. The case is posted for examination of L.W.1 to L.W.3 on 26.08.2020.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
