Writ petition filed U/A 226 of the constitution of India for a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the impugned letter dated 27.9.2013 in Na. Ka.A/364/13 issued by the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal and pass such further direct the 3rd respondent to issue patta on the basis of the application dated 28.4.2014 with respect to the petitioner property in Survey No.51/1A1A & 51/1A1C.

J U D G M E N T
(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ appeal with liberty to take recourse to the appropriate forum as advised under the provisions of law and she has also made an endorsement to that effect, as under:
"I may be permitted to withdraw the W.A. with liberty to file before the appropriate forum."
Mr.I.Arokiadoss, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent/caveator has no objection.
In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as afore-stated, if so advised. No costs.
