ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for transfer of of the complaint dated 17.12.2012 from the file of the 2nd respondent to some other investigating agency.

2.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that with regard to the dispute between the parties, they were preferred a civil cases before the Civil Courts. Based on which, the 2nd respondent closed the complaint of the petitioner dated 17.12.2012 as "Civil in Nature" on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

04.04.2013 and a closure report has been filed before the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Thirumangalam Police. 3.Accordingly, this Criminal Orginal Petition is dismissed by giving liberty to the petitioner to workout his rights before the appropriate Court, in accordance with law.
