When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has passed away on 28.06.2012 and to substantiate the same, he has produced a Death Certificate bearing Reg.No.76/2012/02 dated 29.06.2012 issued by the Tindivanam Municipality. Hence, he prayed this Court to dismiss this writ petition as abated.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also acknowledged the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel on either, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, Page No.2 of 4
