PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the notification issued by the third respondent in Advertisement No.5 of 2010 dated 30.03.2010 and subsequent corrigendum dated 22.06.2011, quash the same and consequently directed the third respondent to issue a fresh notification calling for applications notifying all the vacancies for the post of Lecturers ( Senior Scale) in Government Law Colleges.
