This writ petition has been filed for direction to the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2023 and the reminder letter dated 12.01.2024 with regard to the petitioner's regularisation of service with effect from 13.05.2013 and seeking pay fixation.

Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2023 and the reminder letter dated 12.01.2024 with regard to the petitioner's regularisation of service with 2/4

effect from 13.05.2013 and seeking pay fixation, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in the light of the order passed by this Court on 19.02.2021 in WP.No.21440 of 2015, etc batch. 4.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
