Prayer in W.P.No. 1856 of 2025: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to refer our industrial dispute dated 03.09.2024 before the fourth respondent as per our letter dated 07.01.2025 for adjudication to the Industrial Tribunal and to pass orders under section 10B of thee Industrial Disputes Act 1947 directing the second and third respondents not to go head with the outsourcing of the sanitary works.
Prayer in W.P.No. 420 of 2025: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to refer our industrial dispute dated 03.09.2024 before the fourth respondent as per our letters dated 23.09.2024 and 31.12.2024 for adjudication under section 10(1) of the Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 to the Industrial Tribunal and to pass orders under Section 10B of thee Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 directing the second and third respondents not to go head with the outsourcing of the sanitary works in the 6th zone of GCC. 2. Originally, this Court had granted an interim order pending disposal of the writ petition. Thereafter, the main writ petition itself was disposed of by directing the Government to refer the matter. As a matter of fact, an appeal was filed by the Government, and the writ appeal was also dismissed.
3. In this process, the interim order had expired, and the G.O. was also not passed. By consent of parties, interim protection was originally granted till 31.03.2025, and thereafter extended up to 31.07.2025. In this context, the matter was listed under the caption "being mentioned" by the learned counsel for the petitioner, stating that the interim protection granted up to 31.07.2025 was about to expire, and since no G.O. had been passed, he sought further extension.

4. On the earlier occasion, when this Court enquired with the Government, the learned Additional Advocate General, representing the first respondent, submitted that the G.O. would be passed. Accordingly, today, G.O.(D) No. 411, dated 28.07.2025 has been issued, and the parties' rights will get crystallised as per law.
5. Recording the same and since no further orders are necessary, W.P.Nos. 1856 & 420 of 2025 stands closed.
