ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(A), of NDPS Act 1958,
and Section 123 of BNS, in Crime No.389 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Earlier anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed on 10.12.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.33795 of 2025 on the following reasons: "5. Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the fact that the petitioner has 6 previous cases pending against him, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner."
3. Considering that there is no change in circumstances and I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
