ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent herein viz the Inspector of Police, Ranipet Police Station, Ranipet District to give police protection to the petitioner herein and his property situated at Melvelam Village comprised in S.No.432/3A, Ranipet District as he apprehends danger to his life and property.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, petitioner is the owner of a plot in Survey No.432/3A situated at Mel Velam Village, Sholinghur Taluk, Vellore District. The private respondents 2 and 3 are letting waste and drainage water in his plot. When petitioner asked about this, they told him to take whatever action he wants. In such circumstances, petitioner filed this petition.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted. Both parties appeared for enquiry and 2 and 3rd respondents undertook not to let waste and drainage into the plot of the petitioner.
4. Mr.S.Sathish, learned counsel for the 2nd and 3rd respondents is present today and submitted that respondents 2 and 3 will not let waste and drainage water into plot of the petitioner.
5. In the light of the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.03.2022 and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
6. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
